About the conference

The international conference on Emerging Trends in Electrical Power and Control Technologies (ETEPCT-2021) aims to bring together leading academicians, scientists, researchers, and research scholars to exchange and share their innovative ideas, experience, and research results about all aspects of Electrical Engineering and Technology. The conference is to identify and provide feasible solutions to meet ever-growing challenges in the field of smart grid, renewable energy system, designing the control system, soft computing techniques, etc. The goal of the conference is to address electrical energy, control, and environment-related challenges, especially those facing the developing world by providing networking opportunities for global collaborations for developing suitable solutions for diverse applications and user groups. The conference will focus on providing an opportunity to technologists, scientists, industrialists, environmentalists, and experts to showcase their novel energy-efficient technologies.

There are multiple tracks in this virtual conference covering almost all areas of the conference theme. Through these components, this conference covers a broad range of participants and audiences. ETEPCT-2021 is a platform to share ideas for nurturing smart ideas by discussing technological scopes in areas of computational intelligence and applications, control systems and applications, power electronics, drives, power system technology, applied technologies in renewable energy and smart grids. ETEPCT-2021 will take place over 2 days with plenty of talks and forum discussions with parallel sessions together.

About the department

School of Engineering started in 2010 in which 05 Yr. Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech/MBA, 04-year B.Tech courses, and 02-year PG courses are running in various disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Architecture & Regional Planning. In Electrical Engineering M.Tech courses are running in Power System, Instrumentation and Control, Control and Robotics, Power Electronics and Drives, Renewable Systems and Instrumentation & Signal Processing. The doctoral programme in various areas is also running in the school. The School has state of the art classrooms and laboratories equipped with computing and multimedia facilities. The School combines the best practices of pedagogy and classroom teaching, complemented by practical training and experiential learning. The Research Program also runs in the department.

About the University

Gautam Buddha University, established by the Uttar Pradesh Act (9) of 2002, commenced its first academic session at its 511 acres lush green campus at Greater Noida in August 2008. The University is fully funded by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) and the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), the undertakings of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
